[Spacewalk-list] Client machine try o re-register with spacewalk server at every reboot for RHEL6?

Hi,

Why spacewalk client try to re-register to spacewalk server every time I 
reboot it. Can I disable it? This is happening for RHEL6 boxes only. And 
if I change timezone on client  then date command return some weird result 
 everytime on client.. Please suggest.
