I can see errata http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2012-0150.html
which lists kernel*-2.6.18-308* among its rpms.

Spacewalk 1.7 shows all available erratas and in System -> Software
-> Errata it gives you the option to only select security, bugfix,
etc.
