[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk keeps sending out errata notifications after each reposync

I have a spacewalk 1.8 server with syncs to the EPEL5 repositories. I
sync every four hours and after each sync spacewalk sends out the same
errata notifications for updates on some of our clients. For example, I
get a notification e-mail of errata FEDORA-EPEL-2012-13346 ever four hours.

I think I used to get notification e-mails only for new errata the first
time they appear.

The reposync log shows:

And some time later it processes the queue and starts sending out the
notifications again.

Other than that I see nothing in the logs indicating a problem.

Any hint how to fix/troubleshoot this?
