Morning

I get the following error when I run yum search *** on one of the yum
client subscribed to spacewalk

[Thu Nov 22 16:32:21 2012] up2date logging into up2date server

[Thu Nov 22 16:32:21 2012] up2date successfully retrieved
authentication token from up2date server

>From the browser, on spacewalk server, in the System Overview section
, it shows this system is correctly associated with this channel

The vi /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date seem fine to be, as in it correctly
specify the correct hostname for the spacewalk server. I can connect
as show below

h-4.1$ wget http://sw1-yyz-int.example.com/XMLRPC

--2012-11-22 18:38:45-- http://sw1-yyz-int.example.com/XMLRPC

2012-11-22 18:38:45 ERROR 405: Method Not Allowed.

I assume the error is due to using wget, instead of yum. I do believe
I have the necessary file yum is whining about

-sh-4.1$ sudo find /* -name repomd.xml

[sudo] password for williamm:

/var/cache/rhn/repodata/debian/repomd.xml

/var/cache/rhn/repodata/centos4-x86_64/repomd.xml

/var/cache/rhn/reposync/centos-6.3/repomd.xml

/var/cache/yum/x86_64/6/epel/repomd.xml

/var/cache/yum/x86_64/6/base/repomd.xml

/var/cache/yum/x86_64/6/jpackage-generic/repomd.xml

/var/cache/yum/x86_64/6/spacewalk/repomd.xml

What could I be missing?
