It seems that the spacewalk system is not having a FQDN hostname. Can 
you ensure the system is having a FQDN set instead of an IP, set the DNS 
and Reverse DNS entries for it. If DNS isn't possible then you will have 
to take help of /etc/hosts file.

After you change the hostname then you will have to make use of 
spacewalk-hostname-rename command to update the spacewalk configuration 
with new hostname.
