[Spacewalk-list] API calls for new hosts

Perhaps routine Postgres maintenance was missing? I'm not proclaiming to be
a Postgresql expert but do recall that periodic vacuuming[1] of the
database is required / recommended? Your act of dropping and recreating
sounds like side stepping what could have been accomplished via
maintenance.
