[Spacewalk-list] Channels management and client registration

This is exactly what I wanted. Not that there wouldn't be a better way  
to do that (like linking a channel to many parents, rather than  
linking the same repo to many different channels. Same result, but  
requires an extra step for the repo linking.

But anyway, this is great news. I can continue testing. Many thanks  
for pointing this out.
