I ran into this same issue with Oracle Linux V6.4 and Spacewalk 2.0
The solution for me was to insure the package “jta” was NOT installed; re-install the Spacewalk packages, and ensure that package “geronimo‑1.1‑jta‑api” was installed.

*.do is mapped to a tomcat servlet. And the /rhn is used by modjk / modproxyajp to know whether the request is to be handled by tomcat or not.
First thing I would look at is /var/log/tomcat/catalina.out for errors. Also, make sure you have your java openjdk installed.
