Hello Rene,

I've added support for V4 RSA/SHA1 signatures to spacewalk nightly
(included in spacewalk-backend-1.9.29-1).
In the meantime you may manually apply patch from
http://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/spacewalk.git/commit/?id=b844b547164b23d50596170d0d346e4d806e22a2
