[Spacewalk-list] Random error 256 using spacewalk-repo-sync

I have install ISOs mounted locally, which I used the rhnpush command to add to spacewalk channels, but then during the sync some files fail with a vague error.  I do not see this error on files I sync to an http address.  Is anyone aware of cause or solution?
