[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk 1.8, Fedora 19, and apache2

When I try to start apache 2.4 with the spacewalk configuration files I 
get the following error :

AH00526: Syntax error on line 121 of 
/etc/httpd/conf.d/zz-spacewalk-www.conf:
Unknown Authz provider: acl

I have not made any changes to  zz-spacewalk-www.conf

How do I solve this issue?
