[Spacewalk-list] distrbution channel mappings removed when running satellite-sync

I've had the same settings on both master and slave and they went poof when I synced my data between servers.

I haven't had a chance to go back and write up the bug report on this but I'll try and be as explicit as I can with my test cases.

The custom dist mapping is a relatively new feature so this may have
been over looked, but i have a question were identical mappings done
on the source server if so then this is a problem but if not then try
adding them to the source server and seeing if they sync.
