use the files off of the
http://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/6.4/isos/x86_64/CentOS-6.4-x86_64-bin-DVD1.iso
also copy the ".treeinfo" file into the same base directory of the
directory where you create your "Kickstartable Distribution"

DO NOT use the Minimal or Netinstall ISOs.

Next import all of the RPM packages contained in the first and second
DVD via rhnpush

finally for good measure you may want to copy the files from
http://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/6.4/os/x86_64/images/
and http://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/6.4/os/x86_64/isolinux/
to your "Kickstartable Distribution" to ensure there are no patched
images available.

Finally if you are using Scientific Linux do the same thing with the
"Everything" 2 DVD images not the standard 1 DVD install image.
