It should do that already automatically with a default installation. it
compares all configuration files in the channels with the files on the
systems at 11pm. It shows you the number of different config files in
the "Configs" column of the System Overview.

Check Task Schedules on the Admin tabs. You should have the
compare-config-bunch scheduled there...
