[Spacewalk-list] binary file insted of text file

Hi Michael,

I encountered this as well, at least once. Even though /usr/bin/file said 
it's an utf8 textfile, it was treated binary. Workaround was Configuration 
-> Add Files -> Create File: copy&paste contents into the WebUI Editor, 
works. Can't remember If I found/created a bug.
