[Spacewalk-list] trying to get my spacewalk webUI to work (httpd fails)

This the error
file /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt from install of
rhn-org-httpd-ssl-key-pair-csotest1.localdomain-1.0-7.noarch conflicts
with file from package
rhn-org-httpd-ssl-key-pair-localhost.localdomain-1.0-1.noarch
1) /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt ( directory is empty because I deleted the file before the below steps were done)
a) I got this same error when the file was in the directory
b) How a create the ssl.crt file again

These are my steps
Step 1) rpm -Uvh http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/2.0/RHEL/5/x86_64/spacewalk-repo-2.0-3.el5.noarch.rpm
Step 2) cat /etc/yum.repos.d/jpackage-generic.repo ( create it or compare the file to example)
Step 3) rpm -Uvh http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/5/x86_64/epel-release-5-4.noarch.rpm
Step 4) rpm -ihv http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/2.0-client/RHEL/5/x86_64/spacewalk-client-repo-2.0-3.el5.noarch.rpm
Step 5) wget -O /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release http://www.redhat.com/security/37017186.txt
Step 6) rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release
Step 7) yum install spacewalk-setup-postgresql
Step 8) yum install spacewalk-postgresql (this command installed 50 pkg 4 spacewalk)
Step 9) spacewalk-setup --disconnected
Configuration
Admin email : root at localhost
Should setup configure apache's default ssl server for you (saves original ssl.conf) [Y]? Y
Creating SSL certificates.
CA certificate password? spacewalk
Organization Unit [csotest1.localdomain]? spacewalk slone
