Hi,

I did that, same behaviour, in the KS I also tried only base channel
and NO child channel at all as I found in the mail thread I mention,
along with that, I also
asociated the activation key to the KS with only the spacewalk, epel and
update channels, I also removed the activation key asociation from the
KS leaving only
the base channel under operating systems options, no matter what I try,
the new library is downloaded which conflicts with the older version
that's installed.

I created a new profile just to test, and the KS autogerated created the
links which perform the wget and downlads the new libraries also, so do
not know why is linking to the new instead to the base centos repo which
has the old library version but seems to be something in the configuration.

Do not know what else to try.

Thanks for your time and support
Regards
