[Spacewalk-list] Process of client-registration usign activation key

These two lines tell me that you are missing spacewalk-client related rpms.
If you use spacewalk-common-channels script then you should have gotten a
channel automatically for this. It's easy enough to manually create one,
make it a child channel of your base channel, then populate it.
