[Spacewalk-list] Errata Publishing Issue

I did some additional testing with the date range. Things seem to work fine
as long as the date is before Friday the 13th...

+ /opt/sysops/ya-errata-import.pl --server 127.0.0.1 --channel
mrepo-rhel-x86_64-server-6 --redhat-channel rhel-x86_64-server-6
--os-version 6 --publish --redhat --startdate 20130916

I get this error if the date is any farther back then the 13th of Sept.

Can't use string ("0") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at
/opt/sysops/ya-errata-import.pl line 395.

I can't think of anything that changed on the Spacewalk server that would
cause this to suddenly fail.
