[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk lists Ubuntu-packages where epoch is set as Extra Packages

Hello,

it looks like this problem sits somewhere between the client when
submitting installed packages and the server when inserting the received
package list into the database.

All packages with epoch set have no associated package_id in
rhnServerPackage, but there are also a few that have no epoch and are
also missing their package_id.

The missing package_id is the reason why the packages are listed as
"Extra Packages" and why they are not included in the update-checks.

Still hoping I'll find out what's the problem here.

Best regards
Philipp
