Hi Jason,

There are no limitations on runing Spacewalk server on RHEL. For
installation instructions see https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToInstall.

Managing RHEL clients from Spacewalk server does not violate the license
(assuming you have correct number of RHEL subscriptions).
