[Spacewalk-list] Read only user spacewalk 1.9 GUI

Hello,
 
I would like to know if its possible to create a READONLY user in the Spacewalk 1.9 GUI ?
I tried a few things and the user always end up being able to delete objects or not being able to see any systems.
 
This user's role would be to ascertain the the secirity erratas and the systems affected.
