my tool should be able to do it it was designed to do both

https://github.com/prmarino1/Extravehicular-Activity-Admin/tree/master/errata-tools

you just need an account on the satellite server with access to the channels.

The man page is embeded in the script pod format just use any of the
pod tools like pod2man, pod2,text, pod2html, etc. to extract it in the
format you like.

Note: Since its not needed for most distros any more and you can even
now sync repos directly from access.redhat.com via several different
methods, I'm not actively developing this script any more. So I will
only fix bugs reported by users which I can easily reproduce. That
means I will not add features and if you find a bug be very precise on
how to reproduce it.

That said I will happily assist you if you have any questions about
the command options. also there are many emails in the archive of this
list on how to use it efficiently.
