Thanks for the reply, 

I ended up kickstarting the server again (lack of time for more researches), some say it was due to the virtual machine, probably a corrupted data issue.

Everything is working perfectly now :)

Hello Alvin,

I have no idea what's going on with your setup but there's higher chance
someone will answer if you provide exact listing of commands you run and
error messages you get.
