[Spacewalk-list] No packages found by yum although there are packages in Spacewalk

[Ning Zhang]

The command "yum repolist" displays updated repositories on the other
clients after running command "yum clean all". All RHEL6 clients under all
kernels now see the latest packages. The issue is fixed finally.
