[Spacewalk-list] spacewalk global search is not able to find any package

Recently I set up a spacewalk server 2.1. But the global search does not seem to work properly. 

>From spacewalk default organization, it works fine. But from other organization, it does not work.

>From other organization, if I enter a package name on the top right search field, spacewalk can not find any package. If I go to a specific channel, and search for the package, it works.

Does anyone have this problem before?
