[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk Web panel login issue

Were Spacewalk services running during the upgrade? This can cause issues..
the only service that should be running when doing an upgrade is the
database.. otherwise you'll end up with strange problems. Restart services
and check /var/log/rhn/rhn_web_api.log for errors.
