I believe you have to configure a repo pointing to SRPMS packages, like http://mirror.globo.com/fedora/linux/releases/20/Everything/source/SRPMS/ for example.

I synced all repo with spacewalk-repo-sync and trying get SRPM, but can't sync SRPM repo. 
If I do yumdownloader --source package.rpm nothing there. 
How to sync fedora srpm repository ?
