[Spacewalk-list] Upgrade Question 2.0 -> 2.2

Yup same tis fine, when you "skip" a upgrade it does the 2.0 -> 2.1 ->2.2
behind the scenes for you. just make sure you follow the guide else you may
break your spacewalk!
