[Spacewalk-list] Packages not in a channel

I stood up a new channel for OpenSuse.  I created repositories and then ran
a sync on that channel.  There are over 17,000 packages and they all went
to "Packages in no channels".

Why did they end up in this location? I used the -c option and told repo
sync which channel to use, but the packages still go to "Packages in no
channels".  I've ran this multiple times, but they still end up there.

How do I get the packages to go to the channel that I'm syncing them to?
