[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk performance tuning for deployments with 1000+ hosts

We dont have generally problem with clients connecting to spacewalk but
with web interface. Deployment of single configuration file to all servers
must be divided into parts of 100-200 servers instead of one pack o 1500.
