No, custom bunch/task types are not supported.

In the DB. See rhnTaskoBunch, rhnTaskoSchedule, rhnTaskoTemplate, rhnTaskoRun tables.

Just note only java classes implementing org.quartz.Job can be scheduled using quartz.
