The oraclelinux6epel-x86_64 software channel has no packages. If you view that software channel in the UI, do you see the packages listed properly? If not, the sync is not working correctly (or hasn't completed). Keep in mind that you must NOT create a new repository for this software channel. You should be linking it to the SAME repository being used for the epel6-centos6-x86_64 software channel.
