[Spacewalk-list] rhn rpms in CentOS 6 vs. CentOS 7 kickstart profile

It appears that when creating a CentOS 7 Kickstart profile, Spacewalk automatically includes the necessary rhn packages to register the new machine (rhn-setup, rhn-check and rhn-client-tools). However when I create a CentOS 6 profile, it doesn't include these by default. Is this a bug? It seems that you need them on both OS installs if you want Spacewalk to manage the system.
Thanks,
Brian
