am i right if i assume that you want to install a Spacewalk Server on
Opensuse?

Or do you want to install the Spacwalk Client tools?

Cause its a big difference.

If you want install a Spacewalk Server, it may be the best Choice to
use CentOS.

If you want to install the Client Tools you may have a look at the
Documentation, :-)
