[Spacewalk-list] pre cache

Hello Everyone, 
How to use properly pre cache option based on my post here

I still see in logs - [18/Feb/2015:16:33:01 +0000] "GET /XMLRPC/GET-REQ/adm-fc20-addons/getPackage/ 
after rsync all packages is need run anything else to actually build cache on proxy ?
