[Spacewalk-list] Content Provider shows 'Unknown" on SLES 12 packages

Content provider shows 'Unknown'.  It looks like there is a new key for the SLES 12 packages and the database does not have the provider_id updated.

I assume the provider_id should be set to "104" (SUSE).
