Should you be getting the 2.3 packages yet? As far as I know 2.3 hasn't 
been released yet and is still in development. So I'm guessing you're 
mirroring from/using the nightly repo.

I'm not sure but it could be that the dev packages aren't signed yet, 
hence your error.
