Hello Brian, good morning

After your message I had installed maybe 3 times SW and without problem,
have you tried again ?! The problem persist if you re-install your env ?!

My recommendation (same in the first message) is check the log files in
your SW server, your problem is like, the installation is waiting
something, but it's not showed in the default output, btw you can check
this is logs and probably you will find.

Maybe one repo mistake in repo ..., what is the OS that you are installing
?! OS Version ?! Have you disabled the SElinux ?!

Send us more info and we can try help you, but if you didn't tried
re-install, this is my first recommendation, maybe one simple detail will
appear in the next time. ;-)
