[Spacewalk-list] dbcontrol backup requires to stop spacewalk-services hence clients sending 'Error opening connection'

Hello,

I started doing COLD backup along with HOT backup with builtin command:
dbcontrol.
To do COLD backup , all spacewalk-services must be stopped. However, while
spacewalk is not running ( this usually takes about 4-5 minutes currently)
clients connected to the proxies send traceback email with unable to
connect to master server. It all makes sense.

Currently I have about 50 clients connected and few emails are send, but I
can imagine when I have 600 VMs connected, these false alerts can become a
pain.

Is there a setting on proxies, client on service to increases time outs or
any other way how to deal with COLD postgres backup and dbcontoll tool.
