[Spacewalk-list] Client execution returned "Fatal error in Python code occurred [[6]]" (code -1)

Hi,

I get the above error when I schedule tasks via the GUI.
This does not happen all the time, but a vast majority of the schedules 
fail with the python error.
When I check Spacewalk, the tasks seem to have worked.
We are using Spacewalk 2.1 On CentOS6

Please can you advise?
