Off-topic, but EM/Ops Center is free with any Oracle Basic or Premier support subscription, including Oracle Linux. 

And, more on-topic, Spacewalk support is included at no extra cost with any Oracle Linux Basic or Premier support subscription too.

So, we're not quite in the same bucket. :) Happy to talk off-list with anyone who's interested.
