Hello Darryl, good afternoon

You can try the steps bellow:

1. create a temp channel
2. create a link with actual repo
3. check the logs of a new channel/repo with "tailf
/var/log/rhn/reposync/<file>.log"

After sync, try to use the new channel. The problem in your env can be in
different's points, doing the step above you will agree that your repo are
ok, if works, you can delete your old channel, create again, do a link and
sync again. Probably your metadata will be updated and will works fine.

Do a test and tell us.

Take Care
