Hello Robert

When you clone a channel, just after cloning process, you can access the
webUI and check the channel status, I'm not remember the status (and I'm
out my SW lab environment now), but is like building or preparing so if you
try during this time, you can get error.

Check the status of your channel and if status is like "complete of ready",
try again.

Sorry, really don't remember the correct status.
