[Spacewalk-list] Can't kickstart anyting

I’ve had similar issues when a particular package/version/release/architecture is available from multiple channels simultaneously, but compiled by different sources ever so slightly differently and with different checksums as a result. This issue has been discussed and at least one Bugzilla entry as a result. I have a Perl script to audit a base channel & its children. Once I remove the conflicting packages (and add them to the cloning configuration blacklists,) this problem goes away for me.

Off the top of my head this happened to me when either a) i had selinux configured wrong (you can download it so not this), or B) the wrong (but almost the same) file is being served, something to do with the version on the disk vs the version in the repo's, I cant remember if i copied it from disk to spacewalk or from repo to spacewalk to work round it.

If you check the comps.xml (is it comps?) it should give you a sha hash of the file its expecting, you can then compare to what you have

On virtualBox the same config works fine
