You can try setting the conflicting CentOS RPMs to not install. Try adding this to the package list:

-kernel-tools
-kernel-tools-libs
kernel-lt-tools
kernel-lt-tools-libs

Hopefully Anaconda should not install the first two and rather install the second two. There shouldn't be a conflict (if this works) because the first two are never installed and are removed from the package sacks.
