[Spacewalk-list] Change Default Port

Sure.  You'd reconfigure your front-end webserver (Apache) to listen on
different ports. Spacewalk itself doesn't listen on those ports; the
webserver listens on those ports and proxies the connection to port 8009 on
the back-end.
