for Satellite we have this documentation:

  https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Satellite/5.7/html/Installation_Guide/sect-Migrating_from_an_Embedded_Database_to_an_External_PostgreSQL_Database.html

besides some package names, it should match. I have not tried
this on Spacewalk, but could work. Please backup everything
before any actions.
