[Spacewalk-list] Import configuration files to config channel

Hello,

is there a way how to automatically import configuration files to config 
channel? I have a lot of configuration files and it's little bit time 
consuming to add a file by hand in web GUI (Spacewalk 2.5). I found a 
command rhncfg-manager but I can't any package with this name in yum 
repository on my server. This package should import all files to the 
config channel.
