[Spacewalk-list] Kickstart error "Retrying Download"

Can't kickstart any system

There're only one file apr-1.3.9-5.el6_2.x86_64.rpm on the filesystem.
I'm using CERN repos for Scientific Linux 6.7.

I CAN download the file over the browser form my spacewalk server if I go
the link above
